Congrats on scoring a loaf (or dozen) of Inked Bread!
If you plan on eating the bread within 10 days, then keeping your loaf on the counter or in a bread box at room temperature is best. We also recommend keeping your bread out of direct sunlight to avoid premature molding. If you live somewhere with high humidity, we recommend storing your bread in the refrigerator to preserve its freshness.
Stocking up? You can freeze Inked Bread for extended storage (up to 6 months) and thaw it as needed.
Pro Tip: Double bagging your bread before you freeze it can prevent freezer burn.
