Our millers mill our grains into flour slowly to prevent nutrient damaging heat, typically seen in large commercial operations, assuring the natural goodness in every grain makes its way into each loaf of Inked Bread.
Our experienced bakers use traditional, hand-crafted artisan baking techniques, like fermentation; slowing down the process to ensure each loaf of Inked Bread is wholesome and tasty. We never use artificial or enriched ingredients, instead, our bakers blend simple, familiar ingredients to create naturally nutritious and delicious bread; a core value you can taste in every slice.
